The Coalition of Powhatan Churches gives assistance in many ways
to the citizens of Powhatan County only. The Coalition draws from
many area churches to provide volunteer services to those who have
need. The care given depends on the individual needs as all
circumstances are not the same. The loss of jobs, medical problems,
accidents, natural disasters, social security benefits not rising to the
cost of living. These and many more problems people face without
warning. The Coalition has volunteers who give their time, talents,
and finances to help. Donations come from churches, businesses,
civic organizations, and individuals. If you would like to make a
donation or become a "hands on" volunteer, please contact the
Coalition.
